There are numerous examples of what can happen when a large number of ordinary people join together in support of, or in opposition to, a particular cause. Some of these examples would include Smoky the Bear to raise awareness for forest fires, various venues to increase awareness for Breast Cancer as well as the wide spread campaign to increase recycling.

Each of the above examples was successful because enough people became concerned about a common problem. Today it is imperative that all people, all around the world, increase their awareness for global warming.
